Extoseal Encors is a highly flexible butyl rubber flashing tape engineered to provide superior airtight and watertight seals in critical building areas.

Perfect for weatherproofing window sills, door thresholds, and areas prone to standing water, this tape’s high elasticity enables effortless shaping around corners and junctions, ensuring dependable, long-term protection against leaks and harsh weather conditions.

Application

Extoseal Encors adheres seamlessly to all Pro Clima membranes, tapes, and airtight accessories, in addition to:

• Planed or painted wood
• hard plastics
• metal
• wood-based panels (chipboard, OSB, plywood, MDF)
• wood fibre insulation
• concrete
• both plastered and bare masonry.

For optimal adhesion on wood fibre boards, apply Tescon Sprimer before using Extoseal Encors.

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or silicone to maximise adhesion. Concrete and plaster must be solid and stable, not loose or crumbly, to guarantee a secure, long-lasting seal.

Extoseal Encors protects structural components with permanent, flexible airtight and watertight seals at window and door junctions, preventing water ingress and weather-related damage.

Pro Clima Extoseal Encors offers exceptional flexibility and bonds to a wide range of building surfaces. It stretches, moulds, and conforms to irregular shapes, corners, and edges, providing a reliable weatherproof seal every time. Its durable butyl layer and stretchable carrier film ensure consistent airtight and watertight performance, even when the tape is pulled or shaped.

Equipped with dual release strips, Extoseal Encors allows for accurate application—apply the narrow side first, then stretch and position the rest for a precise, tailored fit.

The butyl rubber adhesive penetrates deeply, ensuring a strong and lasting bond. Even after stretching, the tape resists shrinking or retraction, reducing the risk of air or moisture leaks over time.

System Warranty

Pro Clima offers a limited system warranty for its airtightness products, supported by public liability insurance. When properly installed with approved thermal insulation and Pro Clima system products, a 10-year warranty is provided. If combined with products from other manufacturers, a 6-year warranty is offered.
