Description
Tescon Invis by Pro Clima is a UV-resistant, airtight tape crafted to provide a long-lasting seal for Solitex Fronta Quattro and Solitex Fronta WA membrane overlaps. Featuring a fully black, unbranded finish, Tescon Invis is ideal for timber frame constructions with open-jointed cladding, delivering a clean, discreet appearance wherever the tape or membrane is exposed.

Applications

Tescon Invis airtight tape is available in 60mm, 100mm, and 150mm widths, and offers a deep-black, vapour-open design for use with Pro Clima’s Solitex Fronta Quattro and Solitex Fronta WA membranes. Its plain, unbranded finish makes it an excellent choice for timber frame buildings with open-jointed cladding, guaranteeing seamless, unobtrusive coverage wherever the tape or membrane is visible.
 
Alongside its distinctive black colour and minimalist design, Pro Clima Tescon Invis delivers the same proven performance as Tescon Vana—a tape independently tested and certified for 100-year durability. Both tapes use the same high-performance, solid acrylic adhesive and can be applied identically, ensuring reliable, long-lasting results for any project.

How & Where To Use

Tescon Invis tape creates a fully windproof and waterproof seal at overlaps, edges, and junctions on any airtight or windtight membrane.
 
Thanks to its robust, solid acrylic adhesive, Tescon Invis withstands rain, moisture, and harsh weather conditions. The tape is UV-resistant for up to six months, making it ideal for projects where cladding installation may be delayed.
 
The 100mm and 150mm tape widths are perfect for spanning wide gaps, repairing damaged areas, or joining membrane sections where a full 100mm overlap isn’t possible. These sizes are also suitable for sealing larger holes—like those created for cellulose or wood fibre loose-fill insulation—and add extra protection along roof valleys and ridges.
 
Tescon Invis is suitable for use on timber frame walls, walls with closed timber cladding (no gaps), and walls with open timber cladding (with gaps up to 35mm).

  • After only 24 hours, the tape is almost impossible to remove, resulting in a permanent, weatherproof seal that will protect your building for decades.

System Warranty

Pro Clima offers a limited system warranty, supported by public liability insurance, for all its airtightness, roof, and wall sealing products. When installed with approved thermal insulation materials and other Pro Clima system products, a 10-year warranty is provided. If combined with other manufacturers’ products, a 6-year warranty is offered.
