1. Delivery Times

Approximately 90% of our fulfilments are delivered next working day if ordered before midday.  

Certain products may have extended delivery times beyond the selected option during checkout. These products will have realistic lead times on their respective pages.

Delivery timescales are indicative and not guaranteed.

1.1 Delivery Methods

  • Small Orders - Couriers will handle the delivery of smaller orders.
  • Large Orders - Larger orders will be shipped on a pallet for secure transportation. Pallet Deliveries are curbside only and are delivered using lorries.
  • Access Issues - If you foresee any access challenges to your property, especially concerning pallet deliveries, please notify us by including relevant details in the order notes during the checkout process. (more information below)

1.2 Order Notes

If you have specific delivery preferences, use the order notes field during checkout. We will strive to deliver on the specified day; if not feasible, we'll contact you with an alternative solution.

For additional delivery instructions, such as leaving an order in a secure location, specify details in the order notes. However, courier adherence to instructions is at their discretion.

2. Delivery Prices

Delivery costs vary based on the order, quantity, and delivery location. To estimate delivery costs:

  1. Add items to your Cart.
  2. Click "VIEW OR EDIT YOUR CART" or the Shopping Cart icon.
  3. In your Shopping Cart, under Subtotal, click "ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX."
  4. Enter your postcode for displayed delivery options and costs.

2.1 Delivery Zones

Some locations cost more to deliver to and are outlined below. 

  • Zone 1: Standard delivery covers mainland Wales/England and most of Scotland.

  • Zone 2: Certain postcodes in Scotland may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Offshore & Northern Ireland: Custom quotes required due to variable delivery prices. Contact Us with your requirements.

4. Tracking Data

If available, tracking data will be emailed upon shipping. Some carriers may provide delivery timeslots via text. Pallet carriers on economy services will call to discuss delivery details.

5. International Delivery

We currently do not offer international delivery, including the Republic of Ireland. We are actively exploring options post-BREXIT and aim to resume international delivery.

6. Returns

Contact us for any returns within our standard 30-day return period. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for comprehensive return information.

7. Damages & Errors

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods or errors with your order. Provide images via email or WhatsApp. Contact Us for assistance with damages.
